In 1976, the first-generation founder of the Fu family business, Mr. FUH Ho-Yen, established Future Career Management Co., Ltd. in Taiwan with the belief that “the future of our nation, society, and industry is our own.” The company focused on delivering professional business management knowledge to Taiwan’s SMEs through consulting, training, and publishing. As market demands evolved, Future Career Publishing Co., Ltd. was established to further expand the family’s business scope.

Dr. Michael FU, the second-generation successor of the family, upheld this entrepreneurial spirit, relocating his family to Singapore in 2017 and establishing a family office and founding Vital Wellspring Group. The Group’s development strategy has shifted from a focus on quality education and career development to fields like agriculture and biotechnology, in response to global sustainability needs. Recognizing the critical role these fields play in addressing climate change, food security, and environmental sustainability, we have actively collaborated with leading international research institutions and companies to drive innovation and application in these technologies.
